About The Position

EPOCH Senior Living is seeking a full-time Regional Wellness Director (RN or LPN) to join their Nursing team as a clinical leader. This role involves frequent travel to senior living communities across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire to support nursing wellness teams in Bridges Memory Care and Assisted Living services. The position oversees the effective implementation and coordination of resident care, ensuring adherence to best practices. Requirements

  • Must be an RN or LPN in the state of MA.
  • CT/NH Nursing licensure will be required shortly after on-boarding.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in Assisted Living is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, staff management, and supervisory skills are essential.
  • Applicants should be systems-oriented, highly organized, and exhibit robust clinical expertise.
  • Familiarity with Assisted Living Regulations in MA, CT, and NH is necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Memory Care Assisted Living and dementia care is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to nursing wellness teams across multiple senior living communities.
  • Oversee the effective implementation and coordination of resident care.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in resident care.
  • Support on-boarding of new wellness team members.
  • Evaluate and supervise staff within the nursing department.
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Cover vacant Resident Care Director positions until filled.
