Blitzy is hiring a Regional Vice President to lead their Enterprise Sales team across the Western US. This is a sales leadership role for someone who has built and run enterprise sales teams operating at the highest levels of complexity while leading from the front. The role will own the Western US enterprise revenue number, set the standard for how Blitzy engages with its most strategic prospects, and build the processes, talent, and executive relationships that turn pipeline into predictable, scalable revenue. This means leading a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives through territory strategy, pipeline health, team development, and C-suite relationship management at our largest accounts. The individual will partner closely with Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and executive leadership to continuously sharpen the go-to-market motion and ensure Blitzy closes large enterprise net-new logos in the region.
