Blitzy is hiring a Regional Vice President to lead its Enterprise Sales team across the South Central region. This is a sales leadership role for someone who has built and run enterprise sales teams operating at the highest levels of complexity while leading from the front. The role involves owning the South Central enterprise revenue number, setting the standard for how Blitzy engages with its most strategic prospects, and building the processes, talent, and executive relationships that turn pipeline into predictable, scalable revenue. This includes leading a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives through territory strategy, pipeline health, team development, and C-suite relationship management at the largest accounts. The position will partner closely with Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and executive leadership to refine the go-to-market motion and ensure Blitzy closes large enterprise net-new logos in the region.
