Verdesian is seeking an individual to fill our Regional Vice President (RVP), Midwest role. The RVP is responsible for leading all commercial activities across the region to drive profitable growth, expand market share and strengthen Verdesian Life Sciences’ position as the most compelling and customer-centric partner in agriculture. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the regional sales organization, ensuring strong execution across distribution, retail and grower channels. The RVP will build and develop a high-performing team, align resources to the highest-return opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies that accelerate both new business development and growth within existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a decisive, growth-oriented leader who thrives in a performance-driven culture and understands how to scale a commercial organization through people, structure and disciplined execution.
