About The Position

Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs. We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox" security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience, with significant experience leading enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-year deals, large ACVs, and executive-level negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong experience building and operating a strategic channel ecosystem to support enterprise growth.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal governance for enterprise motions, with a track record of predictable revenue delivery.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into improved execution and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on landing and expanding large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and mentor Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring disciplined execution across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistent attainment of enterprise revenue targets.
  • Own executive-level customer relationships, engaging CISOs, security leaders, and senior business stakeholders to position Horizon3.ai as a strategic partner.
  • Lead complex deal strategy, including account planning, multi-threading, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and executive alignment.
  • Drive a channel-first enterprise motion, working closely with strategic partners to co-sell, expand reach, and accelerate enterprise pipeline.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to align enterprise GTM strategy, influence roadmap priorities, and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Provide market and customer insight from enterprise accounts to inform product strategy, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, enterprise buying behavior, and Horizon3.ai’s solutions to effectively position value at the executive level.
