Job Summary Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Regional Vice President, is responsible for leading this busy global corporate account and will be a hands on diplomatic leader, positively influencing an international team of professionals. You will plan objectives for the business and ensure management is in compliance with corporate and financial goals. You will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the account. Must be located in New York City

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent related experience
  • Proven experience managing P&L budgets
  • Proven ability to manage a team of six or more director level or above team members
  • 5 years experience in multi-unit support services management
  • Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Windows based office software and other business systems platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepares own regional budget for approval; approves budgets; prepares variable budgets for sales and projected overhead increases
  • Ensures company capital assets are secured and maintained in first class working condition
  • Approves capital requests within budgeted levels
  • Coordinates all surveys and participates as needed
  • Prepares all costing for new contracts; responsible for negotiating contract renewals
  • Meets both company and client quality standards; ensures quality control systems and documentations are maintained
  • Recruits and trains District Manager; assists in selection and training of key site level leadership
  • Ensures other subordinate levels also complete appropriate programs
  • Responsible for maintaining debtor levels at contracted levels
