About The Position

A leading specialty distributor of building materials is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President to drive sales growth, expand market share, enhance profitability, and streamline operational efficiencies across multiple branches.

Requirements

Extensive experience in sales management within the building materials distribution industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
Ability to ensure branches consistently deliver exceptional service to meet customer expectations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with upper management, staff, and clients at all levels.
A well-rounded sales manager who embraces innovation and brings forward-thinking ideas to the organization.
Strong understanding of business operations and strategies.
Preferably experienced in managing multiple locations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of location managers and outside sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth across the region.
Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all branches under your supervision.
Ensure that each branch consistently meets or exceeds the service expectations of customers.
Foster a positive and collaborative environment, mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their full potential.
Introduce and champion new ideas and initiatives that contribute to the company's overall success.
