About The Position

As we continue to grow nationwide, we are seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead a high-performing region and drive excellence across patient care, operations, and growth. The Regional Vice President is a senior healthcare leader responsible for multi-state operational excellence, clinical quality, financial performance, and regional growth. This role provides strategic leadership to Branch Administrators, clinical teams, and business development leaders to ensure NCP delivers exceptional care and achieves its mission. If you are a proven operator with strong clinical leadership, business acumen, and a passion for serving patients, this role offers the opportunity to lead at scale and make a national impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of healthcare leadership experience (multi-site or regional preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical quality, healthcare regulations, and operational management.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • RN license in good standing preferred (required in some regions).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional strategy to strengthen clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Mentor and develop branch leaders to drive excellence, accountability, and a culture of engagement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all locations.
  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Compliance to build strong, compliant teams.
  • Drive census growth, market expansion, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Clinical Ops, Business Development) on enterprise initiatives.
  • Conduct routine branch visits to assess performance and provide hands-on leadership.
  • Build external relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
