About The Position

The Regional Travel Analyst drives compliance, operational excellence, and cost optimization across the Global Travel Program within an assigned region. This role leverages travel data, supplier partnerships, and travel technologies to improve traveler experience, increase policy compliance, reduce travel spend, and support business objectives. The analyst serves as the primary regional resource for travel program performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently, developing strategies and action plans for implementation of goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project and organizational skills.
  • Produce accurate and effective documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with suppliers, travelers, travel coordinators, leadership and the Global Travel team.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products: Excel (advanced) Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and e-mail skills required.
  • Copilot preferred.
  • Concur preferred, understanding of reservation system preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) preferred.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years work-related experience required, preferably in corporate travel industry obtained through agency, hotel, airline, or corporate procurement involvement.
  • Preferred experience in travel, hotel sourcing, hotel revenue/account management.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional compliance with corporate travel policies through traveler support, education, and program governance.
  • Improve traveler experience by resolving travel-related issues and serving as the primary escalation point for suppliers, agencies, coordinators, and travelers.
  • Enhance operational performance through active partnership with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and travel suppliers, ensuring timely issue resolution and service improvements.
  • Identify savings opportunities and support cost-containment initiatives through data analysis, supplier engagement, and program optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, unused ticket inventory, travel trends, and policy compliance to minimize financial loss and maximize program value.
  • Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that enable data-driven decisions by Global Travel and Procurement leadership.
  • Support development and execution of regional travel initiatives, supplier strategies, and global travel projects that improve program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and improve travel program resources, tools, and communications to ensure consistent traveler support and adoption.
  • Provide support for Concur Travel and related travel technologies to drive adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company security, compliance, and procurement requirements.
