This role is responsible for transitioning all facets of community operations, including people and processes, onto the Bell operating platform to ensure optimal performance. The position also supports successful dispositions. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, skilled in building effective teams, possess strong business acumen, and excel at problem-solving and motivating others.
