Facilitates the Training and Development needs for the Las Vegas Region – with an emphasis on Instructional Design. Designs and develops instructional material; as well as facilitate courses for Caesars Entertainment employees in the Las Vegas Region. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills. Must independently develop entry and advanced level courses. Responsible for the delivery of employee, supervisory and management training and development programs. Conducts needs analysis to identify specialized training needs. Monitors and evaluates the progress, effectiveness and impact of training and development programs and department trainers; makes recommendations for improvement. Conducts career discussions with employees using tuition reimbursement to encourage them to pursue a supervisor/manager position when completed.
