About The Position

The position must develop a means of assessing staff training needs and develop appropriate training plans. The trainer must provide training in a variety of training capacities such as classroom training, webinars, teletalks and web-based training and must stay abreast of state and federal regulations as they apply to the Child Support Program and the customers. This position must manage multiple priorities and time sensitive projects; be able to communicate with diverse groups and individuals and have the ability to accept and complete special projects in addition to the general assignments. The Regional Trainer will cover the following counties: Bladen Brunswick Carteret Columbus Craven Cumberland Duplin Jones Lenoir New Hanover Onslow Pamlico Pender Sampson

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
