We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Trades Manager to oversee the daily operations of our DFW Electrical Team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will manage training, scheduling, and efficiencies of service technicians while driving performance and growth. A strong background in customer relations, electrical knowledge, and sales is essential, along with the ability to mentor your team to be top performers. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a regional team effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a management role
  • 2+ years of electrical experience
  • Strong leadership skills to grow and lead a regional team
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to train and diagnose electrical equipment
  • High energy, great communication, and sales-driven personality
  • Strong computer skills

  • Service Titan experience
  • Plumbing or HVAC knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical service operations across DFW-area locations , ensuring optimal scheduling and workload distribution.
  • Hire, lead, and train a team of electrical technicians on technical and sales knowledge.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with customers, office staff, and field teams.
  • Report on team performance and regional KPIs.
  • Document all calls/jobs per company standards.
  • Stay current on technologies and new products in the electrical field.
  • Supervise day-to-day sales activities across the electrical service department.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance.
  • Manage customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Conduct sales and technical training sessions.
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations about upgrades and improvements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals and proactive outreach.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals while maintaining high technical standards.
