Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo As our a Regional Trade Compliance Analyst , you’ll support HID’s success by: Overseeing daily customs clearance activity performed by external customs brokers. Validating and supporting claims under trade programs such as USMCA or other FTA programs. Monitoring broker performance through KPIs (entry timeliness, classification accuracy, invoice accuracy) Providing guidance to brokers regarding product descriptions, tariff codes, and special program eligibility. Conducting periodic audits of broker entries and escalating discrepancies. Supporting post-entry processes (PSC, protests, etc.) to correct or recover duties. Supporting drawback programs to recover duties. Assisting in internal audits and CBP inquiries. Coordinating with procurement, logistics, and engineering to ensure accurate product data is available for classification. Proactively identifying opportunities to reduce duty exposure and improving compliance. Staying current with changes in trade regulations, USMCA rules, CBP notices, and HTS updates. Training internal stakeholders on import compliance best practices and documentation needs
