About The Position

Our industry-leading intelligence support program informs decision-makers, from ground force commanders to international partners and national security policymakers. Our employees lead the Intelligence community in providing superior Identity Intelligence and regional threat analysis, and developing innovative data-driven solutions, supporting the customer through intelligence analysis and tradecraft proliferation. This position conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, wargaming, scenario and strategy development, and uses scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products, enabling more informed analytic decisions. Our Data Scientists proactively retrieve information from various sources, analyze it for better understanding about the data set, and build AI tools that automate certain processes. Duties typically include creating various ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems; performing statistical analysis, applying data mining techniques, and building high quality prediction systems; and developing data visualization solutions and graphical applications in Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau. This position also supports building depth of understanding in characterizing foreign military and insurgent force capabilities to inform models, simulations, and wargames. Major data science languages required include R and Python. This position manages and merges disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL, and develops statistical analysis and data mining algorithms. Experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics is highly preferred.

Requirements

TS/SCI Clearance Required

Nice To Haves

Experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics is highly preferred.
Experience developing wargames and force-on-force scenarios for threat nations invasions into other countries, to include analysis of battle type factors, and in-depth studies, such as force ratios, national/armed forces strengths and weaknesses, quality and numbers of weapons and equipment, national and armed forces doctrines, and intangibles such as esprit de corps and morale.
Experience conducting / teaching doctrinal military wargaming during planning of Large-Scale Combat Operations.
Familiarity with intelligence analysis processes, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity analysis.
