This role involves safely operating a tanker truck to transport materials between plants and customer locations. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading tanker equipment, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, coordinating with dispatch and operations teams for timely deliveries, and maintaining all required logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Class A CDL license
  • Demonstrated capability to safely operate commercial tanker vehicles
  • Strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
  • Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and changing schedules
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Dependability and flexibility to support regional operations
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a tanker truck to transport materials between plants and customer locations
  • Load and unload tanker equipment in compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting equipment or maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintain required logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance standards
