About The Position

Join our team as a Regional Support Dietitian and play a key role in delivering specialized clinical nutrition support across the Michigan region. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care settings to provide high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy and evidence-based nutrition care that drives positive patient outcomes. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to support multiple projects and accounts, including travel across the Michigan region to meet clinical and operational needs. We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian with advanced expertise in Critical Care and/or NICU nutrition who holds a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential. This position will provide onsite regional support across multiple facilities, helping ensure continuity of specialized nutrition care where it is needed most.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a specialty area such as Critical Care (ICU) or NICU
• Licensed Dietitian (or eligibility/willingness to obtain licensure) in the state of practice, as applicable
• Prior healthcare experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• CNSC credential preferred
• NICU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
