Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our Advanced Film Technologies (AFT) business. In this role, you will drive strategic procurement, efficient inventory management, and reliable supply to ensure our products meet customer expectations. Success requires strong analytical capability, exceptional planning skills, and the agility to thrive in a dynamic market environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in films/laminates or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of planning/scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in SAP, OMP, and supply chain analytics tools.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and data integrity.

Nice To Haves

Professional supply chain certification (APICS - CSCP/CPIM).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support AFT business objectives.
Manage procurement activities, ensuring reliable supply, and strong supplier/contract manufacturing relationships.
Monitor and control inventory levels using forecasted supply/demand to prevent shortages and minimize excess.
Oversee logistics and distribution processes to meet production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
Analyze supply chain KPIs and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost performance, and service levels.
Partner closely with production, finance, quality, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and operational excellence.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent information sharing across all supply chain activities.
