About The Position

Teach For All is seeking a strategic, proactive, highly organized, and motivated individual to manage internal systems, data, communications, and event logistics for its Americas team and network of 12+ partner organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role will enable efficient and effective collaboration within the region. Reporting to the Head of Region – Americas (HoR), the position will own day-to-day regional operations, strengthen communications and knowledge management, and coordinate systems, processes, and experiences that allow partners to access and leverage Teach For All’s network resources and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategy and operations experience, exceptional organizational and project management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones. They should be comfortable managing complex operational details and synthesizing information for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a strategy and operations leader.
  • Exceptional prioritization, organization, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required.
  • Proven ability to efficiently operate and manage projects with a focus on strong outcomes.
  • Proven track record of managing operational systems (e.g., database management in Salesforce, financial processing in SAP/Concur, and complex project tracking) with extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong executive presence and written and spoken communication skills to interface comfortably with senior leadership and external partner CEOs.
  • High level of attention to detail in all aspects of project execution, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Engages effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and updates.
  • Works collaboratively in multiple diverse, agile teams simultaneously, demonstrating adaptability and inclusivity.
  • Skillful in diagnosing the unique needs of project teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other client relationship management systems a plus.
  • Experience working and/or living in international contexts.
  • Experience supporting fundraising or subgrants management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Documents.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal global teams and the Americas region, ensuring effective information flow, coordination, and follow-through across teams.
  • Support the management and tracking of organization-wide processes, such as end-of-year reflections, goal-setting, culture surveys, and annual planning. Help standardize and document processes to ensure continuity and consistency.
  • Support the team in tracking and synthesizing regional priorities to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Build and maintain effective systems for regional documentation, shared folders, knowledge management, and access to key information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner data collection processes, including the Global Data System (GDS), Network Survey, and Network Standards survey.
  • Update, manage, and maintain internal Salesforce databases for Americas partners.
  • Analyze regional data, identify and communicate relevant trends, and work with the regional team to translate data into insights that inform strategy and partner support.
  • Develop and coordinate regional internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and other materials. Work with portfolio leads and relevant global teams to ensure partners receive timely, accurate information and can fully access relevant network opportunities.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of regional and global events, including CEO retreats, Latido Latino, peer-to-peer visits, CEO community meetings, and other partner gatherings. Manage logistics, payments, and related operational processes.
  • Coordinate regional partner calls and learning spaces, including invitations, agendas, presentation materials, translations, and other resources as needed. Ensure materials are clear, accessible, and aligned with Teach For All brand guidelines.
  • Support the onboarding of new partner staff into regional platforms, tools, communities, and network opportunities.
  • Work with regional and global teams to identify, develop, and elevate regional success stories and examples of partner impact.
  • Manage the operational execution of the Americas budget and SAP/Concur processes (expense logging, payments, and tracking) under the strategic oversight and decision-making of the Head of Region.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional team meetings and retreats, contribute to culture-building activities, and help design and coordinate the scope and sequence of regular regional team meetings.
  • Take on additional responsibilities aligned with the goals and priorities of the Americas Regional Team as needed.
