Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers within the US region, driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure Best-in-Class customer satisfaction; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts within assigned region. The role involves overseeing and managing operational performance delivery for assigned strategic customers to ensure that service expectations are managed in line with KPI’s and the customers’ expectations. This includes airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul providers), aircraft leasing companies, OEMs and aviation suppliers. The role focuses on ensuring seamless logistics solutions for time-critical aircraft parts, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, and routine supply chain movements while driving revenue growth and customer retention.
