About The Position

This Regional Southwest position offers a solid combination of mileage, pay, equipment, and predictable home time for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for strong weekly miles without running coast to coast. Drivers will run a defined 9-state region, averaging 2,600–2,800 miles per week, and earn $0.60–$0.62 CPM based on verifiable experience. The freight is 100% no-touch reefer freight, with approximately 50% drop and hook. Drivers will operate a permanently assigned late-model Kenworth T-680 with amenities such as an APU, refrigerator, 2,500-watt inverter, Bluetooth, double bunks, and a front-facing, event-only camera. Trucks are approximately 0–3 years old. The position includes a 3-day paid orientation with $250 pay, hotel, meals, and covered airfare.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet company safety and hiring requirements
• SAP drivers are not accepted
• Urine drug test required

Responsibilities

• Run primarily throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, and New Mexico.
• Drive a permanently assigned late-model Kenworth T-680.
• Operate with 100% no-touch freight.
• Handle approximately 50% drop and hook.
• Transport refrigerated freight.
• Maintain consistent regional miles.
• Take assigned truck home during time off.
