About The Position

DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple SNF Dialysis units within Louisville KY, Southern IN and Southern OH markets. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor`s degree
Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and directly managing teams
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Experience with managing PnL, growth, stakeholder relationships, operations and staffing

Nice To Haves

Managed care or multi-site experience preferred
