The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and directly managing teams
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Experience managing staffing, budget/PnL, relationships with various stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor`s degree preferred
- managed care and multi-site experience preferred
