Thrive Support Services is expanding into the Santa Cruz Regional Center catchment area and is seeking a leader to spearhead this launch. This role is for an individual who is motivated to build a program from the ground up, rather than manage an established one. The Regional Services Director will be the initial Thrive presence in the region, responsible for launching the Independent Living Services (ILS) program, fostering relationships with the Santa Cruz Regional Center, and assembling a team dedicated to person-centered, community-based support for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The role will evolve to include expansion into Supported Living Services (SLS), Community Care Facilities (CFS), and In-Home Respite as the office grows.
