About The Position

Morgan Truck Body, a leader in the truck body industry, is seeking a driven Regional Parts & Service Representative to accelerate sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. This role involves being the primary liaison between customers and the service facility, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. The representative will combine technical knowledge with a customer-centric approach to support and expand Morgan's Parts & Service presence in their assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with up to 90% local travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with a knack for follow-through.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and thrive as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial truck body or trailer repair experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with commercial truck bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive support for Parts and Service needs, including training, spec consultations, quoting, order entry, scheduling, and warranty coordination.
  • Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly parts and service goals.
  • Engage proactively with new and existing leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify sales opportunities and expand territory potential.
  • Drive continuous improvement by initiating customer surveys and converting insights into action.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and long-term satisfaction.
  • Source new business while supporting account retention through detailed spend tracking and contact management.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering and service teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Respond urgently to critical customer issues, resolving them with professionalism and speed.
  • Report consistently on customer needs, industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Morgan products, competitor offerings, and chassis configurations.
  • Utilize IT systems confidently and accurately to manage customer interactions and service workflows.
  • Support team success by performing other duties as needed to achieve results.
