Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the Material Handling Equipment industry (e.g., commercial doors, loading dock equipment, VRCs, etc.).
• Mastery in assessing a job, finding opportunities, and creating/sending out profitable bids to general contractors and end-users.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Sharp intellect with critical thinking and math skills.
• Ability to confidently juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong sense of urgency when completing tasks.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office products and PDF software.
• Experience visiting and assessing all job sites.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with Entrematic (Kelley) dock products.
