About The Position

RefrigiWear, a global leader in protective apparel and equipment designed for extreme environments, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Representative, West Region, to join our Outdoor Industrial team and accelerate revenue growth across the Western United States. This field-based role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in solution-based selling within construction, utilities, energy, infrastructure, municipalities, and other outdoor work environments where employees face extreme cold conditions. You will serve as the primary face of RefrigiWear within your territory-developing distribution partners, penetrating end-user accounts, and driving measurable growth across a region with significant untapped market opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to capture market share in a high-growth territory with tremendous expansion potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent territory planning and organizational skills
  • CRM proficiency and a disciplined sales process
  • Ability to travel approximately 40–60% throughout the Western U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling through industrial distribution or to construction, utilities, energy, PPE, or related markets preferred
  • Residence near a major Western airline hub (Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Denver, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and expand existing distributor partnerships
  • Grow sales through end-user engagement, job site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Increase market share through strategic territory planning and account development
  • Introduce new products and seasonal programs to customers
  • Partner with distributors to identify opportunities and increase wallet share
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
