As a Regional Sales Office Division Manager, you will lead a team of internal sales associates responsible for increasing sales and retaining assets. You will partner with Division Managers to ensure alignment between site and field sales teams, reinforce the client segment vision, and drive the team to achieve strategic initiatives. You will provide performance feedback, manage team performance, and partner with sales coaches for associate development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading/managing a sales team.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must hold the SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 to be able to apply.
  • Must hold or obtain Series 24 within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of internal sales associates responsible for increasing sales and retaining assets.
  • Partner with Division Managers (DMs), ensuring alignment between site and field sales team members’ activities.
  • Reinforce the vision and purpose of the client segment.
  • Drive the team to accomplish strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Provide performance feedback to ensure ongoing achievement against goals and development of sales capability across the team.
  • Partner with sales coach to ensure alignment in messaging and development of associates.
  • Coach, mentor, identify stretch opportunities, assign work, and manage performance of the team.
  • Maintain a constant pulse on economic market trends and industry developments.
  • Facilitate a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.
