About The Position

The position involves direct contact with clients for the renewal of an existing book of business. This includes obtaining renewal applications, working with underwriter teams, policy processing, documentation, and basic risk assessment. The role ensures accurate and timely handling of client submissions, quotes, and renewals while adhering to established underwriting and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
0–2 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related administrative role.
Familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts is beneficial but not required.
P&C license is required.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
Ability to learn and adapt to insurance systems and administrative tools.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Processing insurance submissions, endorsements, and renewals in accordance with company standards.
Gather and review documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Maintain accurate and organized client files and database records.
