PrairieFire Coffee is searching for a talented and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals representing PrairieFire Coffee! This position is primarily in the field working with Sales Reps across the region with 50-60% overnight travel. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall growth of multiple business locations. The position is responsible for coaching, retaining, and growing a staff of full time high-performance salespeople to support the markets we serve in Kansas City and surrounding areas (Topeka, St. Louis, & Springfield). The Regional Sales Manager must be able to consult with customers to determine the best product and/or service solution for their needs while representing the company in a professional, positive, helpful, and dependable manner so that the customer's experience is exceptional!
