About The Position

Doyles Sheehan is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Eastern Montana (Billings and surrounding areas) and Northern Wyoming. As a premier wholesale distributor, we provide a collaborative environment where leadership, strategy, and growth are at the forefront of everything we do.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in sales management is required.
A High school education or GED is required.
Extensive experience in all aspects of relationship management and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and a motor vehicle background check.
You must have a clean driving record and the ability to be insurable.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods, stand and/or walk for up to 12 hours in a retail environment, and lift 50 pounds to move stock or displays.

Nice To Haves

Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams; experience leading a sales team is strongly preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and penetrate new markets.
Recruit, test, and assist in the hiring process for Sales Representatives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
Coordinate sales distribution, establish territories and quotas, and monitor customer preferences.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback to executive leadership, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethics.
This role requires travel to customer locations within an assigned region, typically involving two to three nights on travel weeks.
