The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing Oxygen8’s indirect sales activities within an assigned territory. This role focuses on driving regional revenue and profitability by managing independent sales representatives, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding Oxygen8’s presence across priority markets. The primary focus for this role is the Northeast region of North America. This position is remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Toronto or Montreal areas. Travel within Canada and the U.S. is expected at approximately 50%.
