About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of products. Increase income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or similar position
  • Customer service oriented, ability to meet sales goals and prospect, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Strong persistence in dealing with people.
  • Able to manage territory effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills and follow up skills, highly motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales in the assigned territory.
  • Study the type of sales outlet and adjust content of sales presentations
  • Make and submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
  • Investigate problems; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints.
  • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
  • Provide operational and mechanical training for end users
  • Provide accurate and on time quotes
  • Provide demonstrations-walk arounds and demos.
