As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to accelerate growth across our Dental Solutions portfolio. You will shape regional strategy, elevate execution, and develop talent—all while partnering closely across the organization to deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree AND 7-10 years of sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Current, valid drivers license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver or exceed regional revenue, share, and growth targets
  • Identify and prioritize key market opportunities using data-driven insights
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan aligned to company objectives
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Provide consistent coaching, performance feedback, and development planning
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Drive adoption of new products, digital programs, and key initiatives
  • Align execution with company priorities including share growth and portfolio expansion
  • Leverage cross-functional partnerships to accelerate impact
  • Build strong relationships with DSOs, key accounts, dental schools, and opinion leaders
  • Expand influence across labs, study clubs, and specialty networks
  • Use data, CRM tools, and analytics to drive decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
