About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for Air Lift’s performance and load assist product lines within the designated territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and installers, while executing strategic sales initiatives to grow market share and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket or suspension systems
  • Strong understanding of air suspension, load assist systems, and vehicle performance products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and territory management tools
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% to 70%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with fleet customers, commercial vehicle operators, or specialty performance shops
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle suspension systems and installation processes
  • Familiarity with Air Lift’s product portfolio and customer base
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals for performance and load assist products
  • Lead mentor and motivate the district sales manager team while calibrating with the national account manager and director of sales.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including automotive aftermarket dealers, online retail, and service centers
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations for dealers and installers to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor territory performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotions, launches, and regional campaigns
  • Attend trade shows and regional events to represent Air Lift and generate leads
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and competitive insights
