Wieland is hiring a Regional Sales Manager . The Regional Sales Manager will report to and partner directly with the the Vice President, Commercial. They will oversee and manage all commercial aspects of the Wieland ForgeWorks business. This position will also be responsible for formulating and executing the strategic Go-To-Market strategy. They will assist with strategic business planning, market intelligence, and forecasting for the business unit. This includes developing the Go-To-Market strategy, budgeted sales volumes, margins, nurturing and expanding customer relationships, and driving key customer relations. They will also have responsibility for strategic account management and related sales activities for Brass Rod within the specified geographic region (FL, AL, NC, SC) providing excellence in sales and support to area customers with a strong emphasis on generating new leads for existing core products and newly developed specialty products. This role is located in Montpelier, OH and will be fully remote.
