About The Position

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow Bacio in the Northeast Region, our premium foodservice cheese brand, by developing new business and supporting sales to independent restaurants, pizzerias, and Italian-focused foodservice establishments through our partner distributor. You’ll act as a regional brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Bacio’s positioning, product line, and go-to-market strategy. At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $103,000 and $118,000, with additional earnings potential tied to quarterly growth.

Requirements

5+ years of food or beverage sales experience, including time with either a manufacturer or foodservice brokerage.
A strong track record in new business development success
Experience working with foodservice distribution or operators
Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time

Responsibilities

Grow Bacio sales by developing new operator relationships and expanding existing ones with independent restaurants and regional chains in the foodservice space.
Collaborate closely with our partner distributor’s local sales teams to activate sales through training, co-selling, and strategic support.
Lead and support distributor-appointed Bacio Sales Leaders to ensure consistent, on-the-ground sales activity.
Strengthen customer retention through proactive account management and competitive protection.
Conduct product demos and “train-the-trainer” sessions that help distributor reps tell the Bacio story with confidence.
