About The Position

This is a full-time, remote role for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who’s ready to drive growth and build meaningful client partnerships. In this position, you will open new doors, identifying opportunities, developing leads, and expanding business across your assigned territory. You’ll shape solutions that fit each client’s needs, deliver polished presentations, negotiate contracts, and consistently hit — or exceed — sales targets. Success in this role means more than closing deals. You’ll cultivate long-term relationships, provide best-in-class customer service, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and account management
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical capability in conducting market research and evaluating opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software platforms is required
  • Ability to work independently with effective time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry is highly advantageous
