With rapid growth across the U.S., including new production facilities, we are expanding our footprint and seeking top sales talent to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to make a measurable impact in the Los Angeles metro area, working with products of the highest quality. We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager based in the Los Angeles metro area, with a passion for fine breads and pastries, to grow and manage Bridor’s foodservice presence throughout Southern California. In this role, you’ll lead distributor and broker relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our brand influence. This is a highly autonomous position, ideal for someone ready to travel extensively (50–70%) within the territory and take their sales career to the next level.

Requirements

  • 5–15 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in bakery or foodservice
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver aggressive sales results
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate sales initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC standards
  • Based in the Los Angeles metro area and able to travel extensively (50–70%) within Southern California

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth by managing and developing distributor and broker relationships in the Los Angeles metro area and surrounding Southern California region
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned accounts
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships within customer organizations to influence decisions
  • Identify and act on new sales opportunities to expand Bridor’s market presence
  • Sell more to existing customers while growing the customer base
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend proactive strategies
  • Oversee major projects, product launches, and promotions
  • Recruit and manage brokers when necessary to achieve sales goals
