We are searching for a result oriented Sales Account Manager to join our Vantage Team. About Us Vantage Elevation, LLC is North America’s leading independent manufacturer of elevator components and systems. Vantage is comprised of eight business units including GAL Manufacturing; GAL Canada; BSIS; Hollister-Whitney; Elevator Controls; Courion; Bore-Max; Thames Valley Controls and Vertical Dimensions. Through its brands, Vantage supplies almost all electro-mechanical devices used in contemporary elevators. The Vantage group employs over 900 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Vantage is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager who is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships and increasing sales revenue with both new and existing customers. The Sales Account Manager should be highly motivated and self-directed. They should possess a customer-centric attitude to promote and sell company products. Requirements

  • BA or BS degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of sales administration or customer account experience (elevator industry experience a plus but not required).
  • Proven track record in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales within assigned territory.
  • Conduct inside and outside sales calls, including visits to customers, consultants, and occasional trade shows.
  • Prepare quotes, review customer specifications, and present proposals for new business.
  • Cold call potential customers within the territory (minimum of 60 calls per week).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, contact logs, and sales prospect lists in company systems.
  • Meet and exceed all sales and business targets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal management teams.
  • Attend customer-related functions outside regular working hours as needed (e.g., dinners or meetings).
  • Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services (training provided).
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
