As our Accounts Manager - Sales Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring the office runs smoothly, managing customer relations, and overseeing administrative tasks such as processing DMV paperwork and maintaining inventory records. You will assist customers with their vehicle purchases, handle insurance claims, and guide potential buyers through the application process. You'll also manage office compliance with dealership policies and state regulations, while also taking part in sales, reviewing leads, and following up with customers. You will be responsible for delinquent accounts that require assigning a repossession order, and tasked with direct contact with delinquent customers. You will also oversee collections for accounts receivable and schedule warranty repairs for customers, coordinating with our service department. Your role is integral in ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service and that our automotive dealership operates efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2 years of automotive dealership experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and adaptable

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of finance is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership is a plus
