The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve territory revenue targets. This role involves driving both dealer-led and direct sales across municipal, industrial, and commercial markets. The position requires identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, expanding market presence, and building a pipeline of municipal tenders, private sector projects, and dealer-driven sales. A key aspect of the role is strengthening relationships with existing dealers and recruiting new ones, while also training and supporting them to maximize performance. The manager will also handle direct sales opportunities with municipalities, government agencies, and industrial customers, including contract negotiations and pricing strategies for high-value accounts. Post-sales engagement and follow-ups are crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform territory sales plans and market expansion strategies. Collaboration with inside sales, marketing, product management, aftersales support, and service teams is essential.
