Founded in 2019, Sage Infusion is a rapidly growing ambulatory infusion center committed to delivering innovative and exceptional patient care throughout Florida. Under the direction of the Director of Business Development, the Regional Sales Manager will support the growth and strategy of Sage Brands (Sage Infusion, Sage Elevate, MemoryWorkx) by executing referral development initiatives and expanding market presence across the Tampa Bay Region (East and West), while leading, mentoring, and developing Account Executives on the Sales team. This role carries full management authority, including performance evaluation, participation in hiring decisions, and direct accountability for regional sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in related healthcare fields.
  • At least two (2) years of sales management experience.
  • Internal candidates must have a proven track record of successfully activating a Sage Infusion site.
  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with account executive, clinical, operational, and business development teams.
  • Proven ability to grow a territory and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and infusion therapy services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Role requires regular field-based activity and ability to travel to Sage territories across Florida.
  • Skilled in Google Workspace, HubSpot, Sales Rabbit, MS Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • This position requires background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Business Development to develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Provide in-field sales support and lead Account Executives with a primary focus on working alongside AEs to activate referral accounts and grow territory presence.
  • Directly manage Account Executive direct reports, including formal performance reviews, goal setting, and participation in hiring decisions.
  • Support Sage Elevate and Eversense initiatives, ensuring all Account Executives have a firm understanding of the activation plan for these programs and can effectively communicate them to referral partners.
  • Establish individual Account Executive sales targets and metrics; regularly track performance and provide insights on territory assignments and customer accounts including monthly activation of new repeat referral accounts. Monitor and address loss of repeat referral activity for key accounts.
  • Own reporting of key sales metrics for the team; provide the Director of Business Development and senior leadership with regular performance updates.
  • Ensure Sales team compliance with CRM and activity tracking tools, including HubSpot and Sales Rabbit; generate performance reports to support data-driven decision making and assist with reporting and tracking of medication and referral trends and newly activated accounts.
  • Direct and oversee the daily activities and performance of the Sales team. Work closely with Account Executives to identify changes in referral patterns, ensuring referring offices are pleased with communication and process.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to support professional development and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Lead new team member training and onboarding to ensure Sales team members are set up for success from day one.
  • Ensure the Sales team has the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform effectively and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Work with the Director of Business Development to support and further develop training materials, talking points, and sales initiatives tailored to provider needs.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Intake Leaders to understand new services, therapies, and offerings that can be communicated to referral partners; schedule team training and in-services to ensure the Sales team is well educated on new medications and services.
  • Support Account Executive Team in the participation of industry events and networking opportunities to promote Sage Enterprises.
