Now, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across East Region . Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales within the metalworking industry, with leadership or management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal removal manufacturing and distribution.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze data, set objectives , and implement impactful sales strategies.
  • People Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A relationship-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI ) and CRM tools.
  • Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Grow – Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Own Results – Take full accountability for achieving sales goals in your region through effective team leadership and active engagement with customers.
  • Coach & Empower – Mentor and support a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of success.
  • Monitor & Optimize – Review and track sales performance regularly, refining strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Manage Resources – Oversee budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation and financial discipline.
  • Build Relationships – Strengthen partnerships with distributors and key customers, ensuring Dormer Pramet remains a trusted industry leader.
  • Drive Business Development – Identify new opportunities, implement targeted sales initiatives, and introduce innovative solutions to customers.
  • Stay Ahead – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize impact.
  • Represent & Engage – Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
