Regional Sales Manager - East Company: Rhythmlink Rhythmlink International, LLC, headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, is a leading designer and manufacturer of single-use neurodiagnostic devices that connect patients to critical monitoring equipment. What You’ll Do You will:

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success and competitive drive.
  • Experience & tenure: 10+ years of medical device sales experience, including 4-7 years of sales leadership.
  • Prior experience managing a medical device region.
  • Market/clinical background strongly preferred: EEG/neuro/neurodiagnostic/epilepsy/IONM/neuromodulation (or related) markets.
  • Familiarity with reimbursement processes for diagnostic or neurology-related procedures.
  • Business and leadership skills: Demonstrated success launching medical technologies into new markets.
  • Ability to forecast, analyze performance, and translate insights into regional plans.
  • Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and lead Hospital/IDN contracting negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills; able to inspire teams.
  • Tools/technical: Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred; comfort with dashboards/scorecards.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; BS/BA from an accredited university; MBA preferred.
  • Physical/travel requirements: Ability to travel 50%+
  • valid driver’s license; capable of trade show setup and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop sales professionals to drive rapid growth in new and existing neurology markets.
  • Establish, measure, and coach monthly, quarterly, and annual targets using Salesforce scorecards/dashboards.
  • Drive regional growth with structured, data-driven execution
  • Partner with the team to set goals, create territory plans, and implement data-driven strategies that increase market penetration.
  • Use Salesforce and Power BI to track, measure, and continuously improve sales performance and identify trends.
  • Own key customer relationships and expansion
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with major neurology/EEG/EMU/neurodiagnostic/sleep/OR stakeholders and hospital decision-makers.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with the top 5 customers in the region.
  • Build regional clinical and brand leadership
  • Develop and execute quarterly regional marketing and event plans to increase technology awareness, training, and clinical competency.
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders and thought leaders to strengthen regional and national brand presence.
  • Identify, train, and support clinical speakers for peer-to-peer education programs and professional events.
  • Accelerate new business and launches
  • Create and lead programs targeting new customers (neurology practices, EMU programs, diagnostic service providers) to drive adoption and growth.
  • Support product launches and market-access initiatives across the region.
  • Lead hospital/IDN business negotiations
  • Own negotiations for pricing, contracting, inventory, and related business activities with hospitals and IDNs, maintaining transparent internal communication.
  • Partner cross-functionally and stay in the field
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales ops, training, R&D, regulatory, and operations.
  • Maintain a consistent field presence 2–3 days/week (approx. 50–60% travel, including some weekends).
  • Work in clinical environments such as hospital labs, ORs, and procedure rooms.
