The Region Manager (RM) is a remote-based leadership role responsible for driving growth and market penetration within a specific region. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing both short-term operational initiatives and long-term strategic business plans for individual dealer targets within an assigned territory. The Region Manager “owns” the overall relationship with the dealership and will be involved in any unresolved dealer/customer issues from any functional area of PTx which can be escalated to the RM to resolve. Further, the Region Manager leads the extended field team (all field facing positions) that call on these dealers and will lead to coordinate the overall strategies and priorities of field team members calling on a specific dealer. Ultimately, the Region Manager has the responsibility to optimize the assigned geography with all PTx dealers.
