G&G Industrial Lighting is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its core go-to-market channels, including OEM partners, distributor networks, and strategic end-user accounts. This role is channel-led, focusing on growing revenue through partners and direct engagement. The Regional Sales Manager will act as the primary field resource for key OEM partnerships, enabling their sales teams, and will revitalize and expand an underperforming distributor network. The role also involves supporting high-value end-user opportunities where G&G's consultative approach can demonstrate measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel-driven sales within an industrial or manufacturing environment and be comfortable with various selling motions, including partner business planning, co-selling with distributors, and direct engagement with multi-site operators. The territory covers the South Region of the U.S., with remote work based in Dallas, Texas.
