Regional Sales Manager – Western Canada

HEN Technologies is seeking a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow and support our customer base throughout Western Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the fire service and firefighting equipment industry.
Requirements
- Required experience in outside sales, preferably within the fire service or public safety industry.
- Strong knowledge of firefighting equipment and the fire service is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share throughout Western Canada.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fire departments, municipalities, distributors and industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training.
- Represent HEN Technologies at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports.
