This is a Game Changing Home Remodeling Company that prides itself on customer service, innovative sales programs, and sales success. Ranked in the top 10 for the last decade, the company achieves over $120 million in sales across its multi-state market. Local marketing teams collaborate to ensure lead generation, and project managers and installation teams handle customer support, allowing the sales team to focus on sales. The home remodeling industry is a $350 billion national market projected to grow 5% annually due to increasing demand from population and lifestyle changes. This role offers a potential of $175,000++ per year through base, bonus, and commission.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in recruiting Sales Reps and then making them successful
Ability to lead a sales team through training, coaching and personal example
Highly Motivated to be Successful
Must be 21 years old
Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demand
Motivate and develop talent through in-field observation, personal coaching and classroom training
Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings that focus on improvement and performance
Meet or exceed established sales quotas for the office
Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
Interpersonal skills to work closely with support staff (Production Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Administration Staff)
