The position reports to the General manager and has opportunities for further sales management growth within the organization. Sales in Western Region.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales/business development for Door, Door glass, and/ or Millwork industry
  • 5-10 years of sales management experience
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation and customer service
  • Professional attitudes & behavior (teamwork, leadership, integrity, initiative)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Sales experience in multi state territories

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to existing customers
  • Working with and supporting third party manufacturer rep agencies
  • Pursue new sales opportunities and learn our quoting process
  • Follow-up and resolve any customer challenges
  • Participate in the marketing of products and services
  • Track market trends and recommend innovations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
